I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were fantastic; I enjoyed a rejuvenating swim in the sparkling pool and had delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always ready to assist with a smile. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel on my next trip. Highly recommended! All the crew are very helpful specially and attentive. From the front desk staff who provided me with useful local tips to the housekeeping team that ensured my room was spotless, their dedication to making my stay enjoyable was eviden. Their willingness to go the extra mile enhanced my overall experience, and I'm grateful for their outstanding service. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it definitely shows. Really authentic hotel apartment with all amenities for long staying from utensils to washing machine n cooking gears n all. I had stayed there from 21-Jan to 26-Jan-2023, it was really nice experience. I booked with booking.com, as I had bad experience in the past in nearby hotel apartment not long ago, with the photos they showing in the website n actual ones not at all matching. This one really genuine. Even it exceeds my expectation. With all items as same as from website n working properly. Also almost all utensils available even from cooking fry pan to washing machine to kitchen knifes. Also staffs were really polite, as I have seen many hotels management tolerate impolite staff in dubai, staffs of city seasons suites polite in nature n with helping mentality especially Ms.Joyce who were there for each n every request n positive vibe. Pros- proximity to metro n deira city centre Mall ( less than 100 metres) Fully equipped n functional hotel apartment with nice n clean rooms. House keeping n support staffs were very fast in attending requests. Cons- Have nice buffet breakfast, but most of items repeating for almost all weekdays. Pool n sauna were not available, as its under maintenance n we can see work in progress.

The views were absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline that left me in awe.   The facilities were top-notch and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The gym was great, and the pool area was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.   However, what really made my stay truly special was the staff, in particular, Jonathan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️at reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, always going out of his way to make sure that my needs were met. His professionalism and warm personality truly added to the overall experience of the hotel. He truly made us feel like VIPs.     Overall, I highly recommend the city seasons suites hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

Location : OPP city centre deira metro station Staff : our room was upgraded to a bouquet suite by Mr Ghaffar.. he was such a nice and friendly gentleman and this is a credit to the hotel who knows how to deal with visitors from the time they arrive at the hotel.. he made us feel like a VIP welcome which was so nice. We were given a welcome drink and a cool face towel.. there was a young receptionist who dealt with our check in process (sorry didn't remember her name) she also welcomed us with a friendly smile. Not forgetting the young security lady who also was helpful at the front door . Highly recommended hotel .. would stay here again in the near future

We stayed at CSS 1st-7th June and 16th-22nd June on our way in and out UK from Australia this is excellent location ten minutes from airport across the road from the Deira City shopping centre with plenty of shopping and eateries and the Metro giving you access to many places in Dubai The rooms are excellent size with small kitchenette and the bed one of the best i have slept in The front of house staff are so cheerful and helpful but also shout out to the cleaners of room for their high standard of cleaning and Lifeguards at pool which i used most days ...thanks for such a good stay CSS
